個人情報の取扱いに関する同意
Lily first『リリーファースト』は日本収益不動産株式会社が運営しています。Lily First（以下「サロン」という）当サロンに個人情報をご提供いただくにあたり、以下の内容につきましてご同意の上、ご提供いただきますようお願いいたします。
Lily First is operated by Japan Revenue Real Estate Co., Ltd. When providing personal information to Lily First (hereinafter referred to as the “Salon”), please agree to the following terms and conditions before providing such information.

取得目的と利用
お問い合わせいただいた内容やご相談内容に回答するため適正に利用することを目的とします。
Purpose of acquisition and use：The purpose is to use it appropriately to respond to inquiries and consultations you have made.

情報提供の任意性
個人情報の提供は任意です。 ただし、個人情報に関する情報の一部をご提供いただけない場合は、お問い合わせの内容やご相談の内容に具体的なご回答をできない場合があります。
Voluntary provision of information：Providing personal information is optional. However, if you are unable to provide some of your personal information, we may not be able to provide a specific response to your inquiry or consultation.

個人情報の取り扱いの委託について
取得した個人情報の取り扱いの全部または、個人情報の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、当社のグループ会社、取引先などに全部または一部を委託することがあります。その場合は、委託先に対して、適切な安全対策を講じている事等の選定・評価を実施し、委託契約等を締結し安全管理に努めます。
Regarding outsourcing of handling of personal information: We may outsource all or part of the handling of acquired personal information to our group companies, business partners, etc., to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of using the personal information. In such cases, we will select and evaluate the outsourcee to ensure that they have taken appropriate safety measures, and will enter into an outsourcing contract, etc., and strive to manage safety.

情報の開示・訂正・削除
個人情報の開示、訂正または削除の依頼を受けた場合は、当社の手続き規程に従って速やかに対応します。
Disclosure, correction, and deletion of information：If we receive a request to disclose, correct, or delete personal information, we will respond promptly in accordance with our procedural regulations.

個人情報の第三者提供について
取得した個人情報は法令等による場合を除いて第三者に提供することはありません。
